SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says 4 people, including one with an active aver for his detain and dual fugitives from justice, were arrested Monday for hidden from Victoria’s Secret during a Wilton Mall in Saratoga Springs.
