(ROCHESTER, N.Y.) — A New York male who was fatally shot outward an unit building on Christmas night was bleeding in a drive-by sharpened during a same mark progressing this year.
Police have identified a plant as 35-year-old Jarvis Porter. Officials contend he was shot to genocide around 5:30 p.m. Monday outward a building in Rochester.
Authorities contend an officer on car unit on a city’s west side suspicion he listened gunshots. The officer afterwards found Jarvis’ body.
The Democrat and Chronicle reports Jarvis and 3 other group survived being shot during a same place on Genesee Street on Feb. 22.
No charges have been filed in tie with Monday’s slaying.
